LENCO MARINE SELECTS WILLIAM F. MILLER & ASSOCIATES
“Dream Team” Partnership Extends Leadership, Vision of Both Companies

Stuart, FL, and Nashville, TN, January 14, 2008 — Leading the industry in boat control and clean/green primary boat propulsion, Lenco Marine today announced a “dream team” partnership with award-winning William F. Miller & Associates to represent the entire Lenco product line in the Miller’s 14-state trade area. The synergistic move will extend the market penetration of Lenco’s industry leading offering of trim tabs, trolling tabs, hatch lifters and new Joy Ride Propulsion System, while adding another premier product line to the Miller portfolio.

With a vision to “make the best boats better,” Lenco Marine is an industry-renowned innovator and world-leading manufacturer of trim tabs, trolling tabs, and hatch lifters. In fall 2007, Lenco launched its Joy Ride digital electronic steering and speed control system, a product so simple and intuitive to use, even a child can navigate with it. With a new 40,000 square foot manufacturing facility, Lenco founders Richard DeVito and Sam Mullinax are poised for continued innovation and growth.

The 25-personWilliam F. Miller agency recently celebrated its 50th anniversary of award-winning manufacturers’ representation. The Miller sales team is the most experienced in the industry, with more than 250 years of combined marine expertise, longstanding relationships with all the major boat builders, and an extensive track record of successful sales in category-dominating product lines.

“This partnership creates an almost perfect synergy: Lenco internal sales, engineering, creative mantra, and exemplary customer service and the Miller Group’s field prowess and deep relationships,” said DeVito. “With the longest history of success in the business, the Miller Group is clearly the best in its class.”

“We are proud and honored to be part of the Lenco Marine team and to add the Lenco product offering to our extensive list of industry-leading product lines,” said Joe Miller, Chief Executive of William F. Miller and Associates. “Richard’s and Sam’s vision and passion assure this project will catapult the company forward for years to come.”
