Bailey
A graduate of the University of the South, Marcus came to the
agency in 1990 after a lengthy stint in the boat building side
of the industry. He was recently appointed Team Director of
Principal Development, where he is able to utilize his strong
background in factory development. His sales territory is Central

Caldwell
Rogers joined the agency in 1989 after having his own boat rep
agency. He was the Winner Boat Rep of the Year for 3 years.
His 6 years at the dealer level has been very valuable in both
the OEM and aftermarket sales. Rogers leads the Miller team
in total sales volume, and continues to show incremental sales
volume growth. His territory includes Arkansas and Tennessee.

Drahman
Chris is a Cincinnati native and a graduate of the University
of Cincinnati. He spent 5 years as the Sales Manager for The
Safegard Corporation before joining William F. Miller &
Associates in 1997. He was recently appointed Team Director
of Sales Development and Training, which allows Chris to utilize
his strong selling and customer relations skills within each

Drahman
Keith is a Cincinnati native and attended the University of
Cincinnati. He worked for the Kroger Company for 13 years, and
the Safegard Corporation prior to joining the Miller agency
in 2001. Keith’s sales territory is South Texas, while

Field
Dan is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, and joined
the agency in 1983. He has previously worked for the Shakespeare
Company in the Fishing and Tackle division. He has 23 years

Miller
Joe graduated cum laude from Washington & Lee University
in 1966, where he was a Rhodes Scholar Nominee. While in college,
he was captain of the football team. He joined the agency
in 1967. Joe currently leads the agency. His specialty is
working in the sales field while building and maintaining
relationships. He travels extensively with all the salesmen
as he covers the entire territory. Joe is the only rep principal
who visits every account large or small throughout the entire
territory. He is the only rep ever selected to receive the
Alan J. Freedman award in 1999.
