Rogers Caldwell
Rogers joined the agency in 1989 after having his own boat rep agency. His many years at the dealer level has been very valuable at both his OEM and aftermarket accounts. His customer relationships are deep and product knowledge is exemplary. Rogers' territory consists of Arkansas, Alabama and the panhandle of Florida that is contiguous with Alabama.

Keith Drahman
Keith is a Cincinnati native and attended the University of Cincinnati before joining the Miller agency in 2001. He was responsible for successfully pioneering and developing new agency territories in the Midwestern US. Keith's territory includes Central Florida, while maintaining key accounts in Southwest Missouri.

Luke Dunkin
Luke Dunkin, formerly with T-H Marine, has hit the ground running by already traveling in his Missouri territory. Luke has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Alabama, and has a passion for the outdoors as well as music. He will be covering Missouri, Southern Illinois and parts of Central Florida.

Dan Field
Team Financial Officer
A University of Tennessee graduate, Dan has been with William F. Miller since 1984. While keeping pace with financial activities within the agency, Dan covers the sales territory of Kentucky, Mississippi and Louisiana.

Jim Houser
Jim is a graduate of Ole Miss and joined the agency in 1978. One of our long-standing veterans, Jim's product knowledge base and attention to detail serve him well in the field. His territory includes North Carolina, part of South Carolina and Virginia.

Hill Lenderman
Hill is a 1994 graduate of Ole Miss and worked in the trucking industry in Nashville prior to joining the agency in 1997. Hill is the agency's Buying Group Coordinator. His sales territory covers Tennessee, North Georgia, and Northeast Florida.

Customer Support Associates

Kimberly Althaus
Kimberly joined William F. Miller & Associates in 2000 with extensive customer service experience. Before joining the agency, she worked in the purchasing department of a large marine distributor for 4 years. Kimberly is the agency's Team Director of Inside Sales Training and Development. Her role is crucial to the sales support function, as she is the direct liaison between our factories and our customers. Her direct involvement in the execution of satisfying our costomers' needs ensure a "win-win" scenario for everyone involved.

Barbara Caldwell
Barbara handles the business end of our operation including administration of the 401k plan, company health insurance, payroll and accounts payable/receivable as well as managing our office building. Barbara's role in the agency allows the team to concentrate on selling rather that administrative duties.

Lynne Drahman
An Indiana native, Lynne joined the agency in the Spring of 2006. She has a B.S. Degree in Marketing from Indiana University. Lynne has 20 years of sales and marketing experience, and is the agency’s Marketing Director. She is responsible for public relations, marketing directives, coordinating the website, analyzing monthly sales, creating the newsletter, The Lagniappe News, and initiating email marketing campaigns.

Corinne Wilson
A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, Corinne has been a member of the William F. Miller & Associates team since 1991. She worked in the music industry for several years prior to joining William F. Miller & Assciates. Corinne is the Directors' Executive Assistant and is responsible for scheduling and correspondence for Joe Miller and Chris Drahman. She is also our principle liaison to arrange in-house meetings and training.
